I n February, you expect to get what you get weather wise and that expectation is generally going to be dark and grey, if not wet. Snow even…
But for Sarah & Iain, despite a wet weather forecast, the sun actually made an appearance at just the right time.
The couple chose to have a smaller intimate ceremony in the library for their Rudding Park wedding followed by a chapel blessing and drinks reception in the Jupiter Room (which despite having photographed 50+ weddings at the venue, I had never actually been inside).
The wedding breakfast took place upstairs in the Crosby Suite with disco & jazz band who had been playing throughout the day.
Floristy was a mix of Colette @ Rudding Park and Rachel, a professional florist and family friend.

Hi Simon
We have just looked at the photos you sent, they are just fab. You have caught some lovely moments, really caught the essence of the day, thank you so much. You were great, people don’t normally get us in front of the camera but you managed to make it completely painless. The children look just gorgeous.
Looking forward to seeing the rest.
Best wishes
Sarah and Iain
An absolute pleasure and thank you for the kind comments!
Simon
