I love Paris much more than any other city. I like to visit London whether on business or for pleasure…but then leave as I find it a bit too impersonal and crowded.
Edinburgh is great as is Bath and Oxford and Bristol, but I do not love any UK city as much as I do Paris.
Paris is a bit of a cliche for pre-wedding, engagement and anniversary photo-shoots, but it’s also so perfect any time of year.
Each year, usually in the Spring and then again in the Autumn, I put a week aside for an event I call ‘Shoot Week’.
It’s possible to have a Paris based photo-shoot outside of any official Shoot Week, but these designated weeks are subsidised on the basis I take up residence for the week.
Montmatre, the banks of the Seine, the Isle de Notre Dame, the Tuileries, (the tower of course!), – I can tailor a relaxed photo-shoot lasting of between 4-8 hours with approx 1 hour allowed per location (including travel between).
