Pricing
We offer a flexible approach to pricing based on a choice from 4 packages offered, either photography only or photography plus a media (filming) option.
ALL of our packages as a minimum include 3 forms of finished presentation:
1: Printed: There is still nothing to beat a printed option that presents & preserves your memories for all time beautifully and in a timeless manner and our standard book does just that.
2: For Print: Hi res copyright released to print files that you can print any size, any quantity, any time offering maximum flexibility.
3: Media: At minimum, a fabulous multi-media slideshow through options up to and including our ‘Pure’ film production. For TV, web and mobile devices.
The option then exists to modify your chosen package (if required) in one of two ways; cut back or add coverage.
This is then your only commitment at the time of booking (or at any time after) with the option of additional items such as; book upgrades, albums, second photo-shoots etc.
Each of the 4 packages includes: up to 8 hours coverage, 50 page book, hi res print files and travel up to 100 miles as a minimum.
Package 2 upgrades the slideshow to a Firehorse Photo-Film which includes audio highlight capture from your wedding day.
Package 3 upgrades still further with the Firehorse Fusion-Film, ie, a combined photography AND filming approach which then fuses stills, video, audio and soundtrack.
Package 4 replaces the slideshow from Package 1 with a dedicated second person filming/video capture producing a totally filmed production, the Firehorse Pure-Film.

Each package is offered with a minimum 10% discount if payment is made in two equal amounts, ie, on a 50:50 basis at A: time of booking and B: 1 month prior to wedding date
otherwise full prices and standard 3 stage payment applies (£500 booking fee + £500 6 month interim balance + final balance of selected package).

Package Modifier A: Coverage to end of pre-dinner speeches -£100
Package Modifier B: Extended coverage (8-16 hours total) +£250
Extra Firehorse F Book pages £5 each or +50 (£200), +100 (£300), +140 (£350) if booked prior to date
Exchange standard Firehorse F Book for Queensberry book or album from £950 on a bespoke case by case basis
E Shoot Harrogate area £300 (including £150 product/print credit)
E Shoot Yorkshire coast £500 (including £250 product/print credit)
E Shoot Paris £950 (including £250 product/print credit)
Individual E Shoot print files (1-10) £50 ea or (11-20) £25 ea or full set of print files (50+) £250
Bespoke Wedding Day signing book £250
Ceremony & Speeches film £350 (Package 3 & 4 option only) or £500 (Package 2)
Hahnemuhle fine-art prints & frames to order from £100
Travel up to 100 miles included otherwise 101-200 miles £100 or 201+ miles £150
Mid-week, Off-Season and Short Notice options
3 hours minimum coverage including hi res print files £750

To finish, a couple of FAQ’s:
Q: “Can you hold or pencil in dates?“
A: Afraid not simply in order to be fair to all including; you, other parties interested in the same date plus
ourselves. A confirmed booking requires a few completed details and a booking fee payment and then we
are exclusively yours and no one can come along and change that. Ever.
Q: “Can you price match a cheaper photographer?“
A: There is always someone cheaper and then someone cheaper still. Why are they cheaper
(there is always a reason even if it is not immediately obvious) but otherwise, politely not.
We cannot provide what we do for anything less unless we were to take something out of our service.
Anything that we did in that regard would devalue the very essence of what we should be providing you with.

How to book/find out more…
It’s back to you now and essentially you have 4 options:
1: If you haven’t already fallen in love with us and our work even a little bit, then look elsewhere until you find something/someone that does engage & inspire you and you fall in love with. Anything less than this will possibly/probably prove to have been a wedding day expense rather than a lifetime investment.
2: Or call us for a chat on 01423 772850 during office hours which are generally 9-3 weekdays. If that doesn’t suit you and you’d prefer an evening, fine, email us at simon@firehorsephotography.co.uk and specify a day, time and number and we will call you. No pitch, just a chat.
3: Or make arrangements for a studio visit with zero obligation to book and no hard sell. We would hope that you were coming with the express intention of booking and mostly to check we are not complete weirdos (and we will leave the door unlocked so you can leave at any time).
4: Or get back to us and say, “can you please send us the booking pdf document”.
