We are blessed to have two of the counties most stunning venues for wedding photography, right on our doorstep, – the beautiful and majestic Castle Howard just 8 miles from our studio and the delightful and just stunning, Duncombe Park, even closer at just 2 miles from our front door.
To date, we have photographed a couple of weddings at Duncombe Park, but not for some time, but having been asked recently by the owners to photograph the exterior and interior for future publication & marketing purposes, we went one step further and took the opportunity last week to also photograph one of our recent couples in a post-wedding photo-shoot at the venue.
Duncombe Park is one of those places that is just staggering in it’s beauty inside and out and somewhat surprisingly, not that well known.
It should be and we hope with our wedding photography help them overcome that because in regard to hosting a wedding, the opportunities there are fantastic!
Whether it’s a church wedding nearby or a civil ceremony in the Stone Hall, a Wedding Breakfast in the guilded oak panelled Saloon, a marquee reception or something altogether even more intimate and romantic set at the magical Orangery in a clearing in the woodland, in regard to being a setting for wedding photography especially, Duncombe Park in Helmsley on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park has it all.
For more information in regard to wedding photography at Duncombe Park, please give us a call on 01439 788150 or use the contact form to check availability and request an info pack.
To date, we have photographed 5 weddings and filmed 1 at Duncombe Park the most recent of which can be viewed by clicking any of the links below:
